Tivoli Business Service Manager tracks and provides visualization of
the status of critical business services and associated service level
agreements (SLAs). With Tivoli Business Service Manager 4.2.1, you
immediately see the impact of business service outages. You can target
resources and actions toward the most critical and costly IT business
services.
Learn how to develop and build service models,
configure service views, work with the Tivoli Integrated Portal, and
integrate with Common Data Model resources. Examine the Tivoli Business
Service Manager architecture and use Tivoli Common Reporting. Through
hands-on exercises, learn how to use, configure, and administer Tivoli
Business Service Manager 4.2.1.
